We do not collect payment card details. All payment processing is handled by LemonSqueezy.

The business leads we provide are compiled from publicly available sources such as business directories and review platforms. This data includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and ratings that businesses have made publicly available.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use HTTPS encryption for all data in transit. Access to customer data is restricted to essential service operations only.

5. Data Retention

We retain your order data and lead portal access for as long as your account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us at contact@prodyard.com and we will remove your data within 30 days.

6. Analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and complies with GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
