These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prod Yard website and lead generation service ("Service") operated by Prod Yard ("we", "us", "our").

By placing an order or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Prod Yard provides verified business lead lists for a specified industry and geographic area. Each order includes a set number of leads with business name, address, contact details, and publicly available ratings.

Leads are compiled from publicly available business directory data. We verify the information at the time of delivery, but we do not guarantee that every detail will remain accurate over time as businesses change their information.

2. Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. Prices are listed in US dollars. By completing a purchase, you authorize LemonSqueezy to charge the amount shown at checkout.

After payment, your leads are typically delivered within 5 to 15 minutes via email with a link to your personal lead portal.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee and Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality or relevance of the leads you received, contact us at contact@prodyard.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement set of leads at your choice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the leads provided by our Service only for:

• Legitimate business-to-business outreach
• Marketing your products or services to potential customers

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publish the lead data
• Use the leads for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to extract data from the Service through automated means

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its content (excluding the lead data itself) are owned by Prod Yard. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the lead data you purchase for your own business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prod Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect the minimum information necessary to fulfill your order: your email address, industry preference, and target location. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
